Ecomatters analysed the Product Environmental Footprint score of the different salt sources and different kind of its obtaining taking into account all factors of extraction, processing, storing and transporting from various possible overseas sources. The study concluded that high-purity vacuum salt from the Netherlands had the smallest environmental footprint. It also found that the salt mining and production operations of sea- and rock salt have a smaller footprint than the production of vacuum salt. The Pact is underpinned by a Heads of State Declaration, an Energy Minister Declaration and an Industry Declaration signed by more than 100 offshore wind companies across the value chain.\n\nOffshore wind has been a European success story with 37 GW installed across 13 countries. That’s more than 6,000 turbines providing homegrown, clean and competitive electricity at scale. The Future of Post-Climate America, by Jesse M. Keenan argues that America is on the verge of a great northern climate migration that will likely reshape everything from the urban landscape to electoral politics. First, he provides a conceptual, analytical, and empirical overview of adaptation science with a focus on how and where people are going to live, work, and build communities. Next, Keenan examines the geography of climate migration within the context of broader demographic, housing, and economic trends in America. He will also highlight a range of market responses-from insurance to mortgages-that are already limiting the options for individuals and the public sector in high-risk places. \n\nNot just a collection of scientific observations and projections about America's future in the face of climate change, North explores the dawning of a post-climate era defined by the promise of a more sustainable way of life for those on the move and the peril of those left behind.","link_original":"https://www.amazon.co.uk/North-Climate-Migration-American-Urbanism/dp/019764161X","status":2,"country":[{"id":240,"name":"United States of America","icon":""}],"sections":[{"id":155,"name":"North America"}],"root_section":{"id":107,"name":"Life-friendly Earth"},"is_photo":true,"is_video":false,"is_large_font":false,"show_in_news_list":false,"url_to_show_in_news_list":"","location_filters":{"countries":[{"id":240,"name":"United States of America"}],"regions":[{"id":4,"name":"North America"}]},"filters":[{"id":8,"name":"Enlightenment","badge_name":"Enlightenment","show_badge":false,"children":[{"id":10,"name":"Books","badge_name":"Book","show_badge":false,"children":[]}],"all_children":false,"all_children_ids":"9,10,27,11,12"},{"id":13,"name":"Media content","badge_name":"Media content","show_badge":false,"children":[{"id":14,"name":"Photo","badge_name":"Photo","show_badge":false,"children":[]}],"all_children":false,"all_children_ids":"14,15,16"}]},{"id":"e94c5a33-fc9a-4335-b72f-6085c66f11fe","slug":"northeast-greenland-national-park-post","created_at":"2026-02-15T10:36:52Z","views":123,"name":"Northeast Greenland National Park","about":"Northeast Greenland National Park is regarded as the largest national park in the world. The goal is to help European industrial companies reduce their CO2emissions.\nCarbon transport and storage operations are scheduled to begin in 2024. Northern Lights will offer a safe and reliable shipping and storage service to industrial emitters across Europe, with a storage capacity of 1.5 million tons of CO2per year during Phase 1 of the project. In response to growing interest in these services from several industrial sectors, additional shipping and storage capacities up to 5 million tons per year will be developed as demand increases.\nThe Phase 1 installations are scheduled to come on stream in 2024, with the ability to handle up to 1.5 million tons of CO2per year.","link_original":"https://totalenergies.com/projects/carbon-capture-and-storage/northern-lights-first-major-carbon-capture-and-storage-project","status":2,"country":[{"id":168,"name":"Norway","icon":""}],"sections":[{"id":140,"name":"Carbon capture and storage technologies"}],"root_section":{"id":107,"name":"Life-friendly Earth"},"is_photo":false,"is_video":false,"is_large_font":false,"show_in_news_list":false,"url_to_show_in_news_list":"","location_filters":{"countries":[{"id":168,"name":"Norway"}],"regions":[]},"filters":[]},{"id":"754c6371-0cde-4d48-9bb8-ab54536c8ac5","slug":"northwestern-medicine-top-skin-care-ingredients-recommended-by-dermatologists-post","created_at":"2026-03-20T13:12:31.336890Z","views":7,"name":"Northwestern Medicine: Top Skin Care Ingredients Recommended by Dermatologists","about":"When it comes to skin care, the choices can be overwhelming.
